The peak periods are Easter (Easter bookings are from Thursday through to Monday 4 Nights), April school holidays and from December 15th to January 31st. Off peak are at all other times.

A deposit of a minimum of 3 nights rate is required for all holiday periods.
*** Easter bookings are for a minium of 4 nights and payment must be made in full on confirmation of booking.
### We accept credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) but a 6.14% surcharge is added to all Transactions (Deposits cannot be done over the telephone, only by cheque or money order)
++++ Linen hire is available and is charged at the rate of $8.00 per set of linen.

@@ Cancellations. Refunds of deposits will be applied at the following rates:
More than 1 month before the check in date: Deposit refunded minus $25
28 to 8 days before the check in date: Deposit refunded minus 50%
7 days or less before check in date: Deposit forfeited
