The studio, near the Valley of the Giants, is home to Mary Wallace and Daniel Webb. Mary is a potter of 40 years. She makes wheel thrown tableware and fine carved porcelain. Daniel keeps everything in the studio working. Mary loves to work with porcelain which she carves with designs inspired by Western Australian flora. She also has a passion for celadon glaze – a soft jade green, which is perfect when used on carved porcelain.
The range of tableware has developed from a love of cooking, leading to a wide range of dishes suitable for presenting or cooking food. It includes casseroles, serving dishes, plates, bowls and pretty well anything you might want. Tableware is an integral part of the dining experience and will become part of your home, to be used often and valued for their good looks as well as their usefulness.
